**Don't worry if you don't have EVERY detail worked out just yet. Just fill out the form below as much as you can and an auction team parent volunteer will contact you to help work out the rest of the details!
Here are the things we need from you for an auction EVENT (e.g. small-group outdoor gatherings/outings (hikes, birdwatching, movie nights, other local outdoor adventures); and, of course, zoom gatherings (classes, book clubs, crafting, wine experiences, and more):
- Item Name-- Add a title for your event
- Estimated Value-- Fair Market Value as determined by the donor (you!)
- Item Description-- Add a short description of your event
- Notes/Comments-- Add anything here you want the auction team to know or have questions about
- Donor name(s) and email address(es)-- Add all donors names as you want them listed
- Event Date & Time-- to avoid conflicts with other Arborfest events, look for an open calendar date here!
- # of slots & cost per slot (if known)
- Restrictions-- Add any known restrictions (e.g. local pickup)
- Contact info-- Let us know who will be the point of contact for this event.
- Send Photos via EMAIL (square or portrait are preferred, at least 800px wide)-- email to auction@arborschool.org
Here are the things we need from you for an auction PACKAGE (e.g. Vacation homes, gift certificates, professional services offered by Arbor community members, e.g. computer tutoring, family portraits, workshops, an afternoon with an organizer, massage, cooking classes and more)

- Estimated Value-- Fair Market Value as determined by the donor (you!)
- Notes/Comments-- Add anything here you want the auction team to know or have questions about
- Donor name(s) and email address(es)-- Add all donors names as you want them listed
- # of slots & cost per slot (if known)
- Restrictions-- Add any known restrictions (e.g. local pickup or blackout dates for vacation homes)
- Contact info-- Let us know who will be the point of contact for this event.
